Holiday Catch Up #4: Boxing Day

If you have any English roots, you'll know that the day after Christmas is called Boxing Day in any country that used to be a British colony. This apparently came from the tradition of "boxing" up all the left over Christmas food for the servants to take home to their families. Fascinating little fact, I know!

Anyhoo, so this year, on Boxing Day, my whole family met at Vanessa and Sean's house for a meal and time together before Mum & Dad left town. Ness made a wonderful meal for us all...thanks Ness!
